Future International students:

Carol Holz, our international student advisor serves as a liaison between you and the U.S. Immigration Service. Carol authorizes documents for student visas, helps you adjust to the U.S., Alaska and UAF, and provides counseling for personal and academic problems.

Forms:

You will need to complete each of the following forms EVERY semester during your stay at UAF.  After completion save the form to your computer so you may update it each semester.  Be sure to choose "save as" as your saving option.
