Forms and Documents
We've placed the following forms and documents here so that you can easily find the forms that you use most often. We highly recommend that you read any instructions associated with the forms (found in the relevant sections of the IPI website) before completing any form, as filling out various forms incorrectly can significantly delay processing in either our office or at a USCIS Service Center or even impact an individual's lawful status in the U.S. As always, we're here to help you if you have any questions.
The University of Alaska Statewide has additional forms relevant to nonresident aliens available at http://www.alaska.edu/hr/forms/hr_nraforms/
FOR TAX FORMS - For tax forms, please refer to our Tax Year Information.
Please note, you will need a program, such as Adobe Acrobat or PDFescape, to save your entries into the enterable PDF forms.
