Earlina is the primary contact for UAF Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity issues which includes EEO/Sexual Harassment training, developing the Affirmative Action Programs, addressing workplace problems, discrimination and ADA issues, conducting complaint investigations, conflict resolution, mediations, reviewing recruitments for benefited positions for compliance with regulations, and interpreting laws, statutes, policies and regulations.

Barbara provides administrative support to the Director. She is the primary contact for scheduling the director's meetings and training schedules. In addition, she processes recruitment and hire documents, and manages the recruitment files. She is also the web editor for this website and provides administrative support to the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Diversity and the UAF Women's Center.
Barbara will become a grad student at UAF to finish her MA in Marketing/Communications. Her first murder mystery novel, Key to Paradise, will be on the shelves September 2009. Look for it at the University Bookstore and Gullivar's. Barbra has traveled extensively throughout the US as a railroad brat, a military wife and a cross-country truck driver.
