The University of Alaska Fairbanks is seeking 100 volunteers to test three varieties of dried salmon snacks Aug. 11-12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Conference Rooms C and D in the Wood Center on the UAF campus.

Participants will be asked to rate the salmon’s appearance, taste and texture. The tests take about 10-15 minutes and cookies will be provided afterward. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

The testing is being conducted by the UAF Fishery Industrial Technology Center and the UAF Cooperative Extension Service.
