Cooperative Extension Service housing and energy specialist Rich Seifert will teach his Retrofit of Existing Homes workshop Saturday, May 2 in Schaible Auditorium on the UAF campus. The free workshop will run from 1-4 p.m. and includes a manual.

The workshop will focus on insulating homes and will cover options for retrofit, windows, walls, roofs and weatherization. It is also designed to help homeowners who plan to participate in the state's home energy rebate program.
