Adams will talk about the development of his sound and light installation at the museum and read from his recently published book "The Place Where You Go to Listen: In Search of an Ecology of Music." The museum installation, which opened in 2006, is driven by the real-time positions of the sun and moon, earthquakes and aurora activity in Alaska. A book signing follows the lecture. Copies of Adams book and his CDs are available at the Museum Store. Admission is free. Call 907-474-7505 for more information.
