Climate change teleconference scheduled

University of Alaska Fairbanks researcher Kenji Yoshikawa will discuss permafrost areas in Alaska most susceptible to degradation and how a school-based monitoring project is helping to understand these changes Tuesday, March 4th at 10 a.m. during a statewide teleconference.

The teleconference is one of several planned on topics related to climate change impacts and responses in Alaska. It is sponsored by the Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy.
