Chancellor's diversity award nominations Submitted by Barbara Gabel The Chancellor’s Diversity Action Committee is soliciting student, staff and faculty nominations for the Chancellor’s Diversity Award through April 30, 2009. The award will be announced during the Staff Appreciation event May 11, 2009. The award was established to recognize individuals for their significant contributions to programs that promote diversity, for actions that demonstrate respect and value for different backgrounds and points of view, and for expanding the educational and employment opportunities for students, staff, and faculty at UAF.
