Alaska Midnight Sun Chamber Percussion Intensive Online Application

Application Deadline - May 1st, 2011

There is a two-step application process. First, please fill in all fields below. Second, you will be directed at the bottom of this page to the FSAF website where you can select the program/seminars you would like to apply for. You will be directed to open an account (username and password). Once you have opened your account, you can register for the AMSCPI. Participants must pay 50% of the AMSCPI fee at the time of registration. The remainder of the fee must be paid before July 1st. Registrations canceled before July 1 will receive an 85% refund. After that date, no refund can be made. In either case, the full registration amount can be applied towards registration in 2012 (or registration for different 2011 classes). One letter of reference must also be sent via email to mspalter@uaf.edu

Festival participants are encouraged to room together and save housing costs. We suggest utilizing the AMSCPI Facebook page as a way to find each other. The Facebook group for AMSCPI aids in pre-Festival discussions and make it easier to keep those registrants together (maybe even work out rides to/from the airport). One registrant for each room fills out the reservation form. After arriving, each registrant pays their share of the room. Hopefully they have it worked out so that roommates are staying the same days, otherwise one will pay full for the days that the room is single occupancy.

APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE AND WEB PAYMENT

After you hit the submit button, you will be directed to the FSAF website for check out and program selection.

A 50% down payment is built into the FSAF website checkout process. If you have signed up for more than $150 in classes, you are given the option of paying 50% now and the rest later. If you cancel before July 1, 85% of this payment will be refunded.
