There is a two-step application process. First, please fill in all fields below. Second, you will be directed at the bottom of this page to the FSAF website where you can select the program/seminars you would like to apply for. You will be directed to open an account (username and password). Once you have opened your account, you can register for the AMSCPI. Participants must pay 50% of the AMSCPI fee at the time of registration. The remainder of the fee must be paid before July 1st. Registrations canceled before July 1 will receive an 85% refund. After that date, no refund can be made. In either case, the full registration amount can be applied towards registration in 2012 (or registration for different 2011 classes). One letter of reference must also be sent via email to mspalter@uaf.edu
