Brass Quintet
The UAF Brass Quintet is a select group of UAF brass players, primarily music majors, chosen to represent the University and music department for many outreach activities. The group has performed with several visiting artists such as Nick Norton, trumpet and Saturday Night Brass. Scholarships are available for members of this group.

Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble
The UAF Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble is under the direction of Dr. James Bicigo and performs frequently throughout the Fairbanks Area. The ensemble is the host of Fairbanks' TUBA Christmas performance as well as performing more serious literature for low brass ensemble. The Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble is primarily made up of UAF Tuba and Euphonium Students, but also includes members of the Fairbanks Community and talented high school students who may potentially come to UAF for their undergraduate study.
