Faculty and Staff Academy faculty is drawn from the UAF Department of Music. The Department has an excellent music faculty and many alumni who are available to offer music students an intensive and high-level musical and educational experience. Nationally and internationally known guest artists with proven track records of providing educational outreach to youth are invited to Fairbanks each summer to provide master classes, coaching, and other musical and educational experiences for participants in the Academy. Previous guest artists have included the US Army Brass Quintet, and the US Army String Quartet. |
