Which bird is it?

Horned Puffin
Fratercula corniculata

This ornate seabird breeds only on the coast and offshore islands of the North Pacific Ocean and the Bering and southern Chukchi seas. Typically it builds its scant nest of grasses and other vegetation in cracks and crevices in cliff faces, but it may also nest in holes among beach boulders and in talus slopes. It lays a single egg.

The food is predominantly fish, obtained by pursuit diving, although significant quantities of invertebrates are also consumed. The young are fed almost entirely on fish, as is true of many seabirds, apparently because fish are more nutritious than the invertebrates. Horned Puffins feed mostly in relatively shallow waters within 1-2 kilometers (1 mile) of shore, although some disperse out to 40+ kilometers (25 miles).
