Educators' Night. September 27, 2012. 4-6:30pm.

Museum Education & Public Programs staff invite teachers and administrators to an evening of discovery and networking.

  • Explore the museum!
  • Visit the galleries.
  • See the special exhibit: Art in the Making.
  • Examine kits and objects available for checkout.
  • Try out hands-on activities.
  • Pick up activity sheets.
  • Plan a field trip.
  • Watch a movie: Dynamic Aurora or Tracking Alaska’s Jurassic Dinosaurs.

Discover UAF!
Learn about other outreach activities and resources. Representatives from several campus departments will be here. Visit with:

  • Alaska Center for Energy & Power
  • College of Natural Science & Mathematics (ASRA, Girls on Ice, GK12)
  • Cooperative Extension Service (4H and more)
  • UAF Geography
  • International Arctic Research Center (GLOBE, PolarTREC, and more)
