Alaska Botany Forum 2013
Thursday-Friday November 7-8, 2013
Room 501, Akasofu Building, University of Alaska Fairbanks
The 2013 Alaska Botany Forum (formerly known as the Alaska Rare Plant Forum) will be held Thursday-Friday November 7-8 in Fairbanks in room 501 of the Akasofu Building on UAF's West Ridge.
These meetings are open (and free) to all interested in Alaska's flora, so pass the word to others we may have missed! It's the one opportunity Alaskan field botanists have to meet in one room.
Presentations will pertain to Alaskan plant systematics, phytogeography, floristics and rare plants.
We are looking forward to another great gathering of AK botanists, with exciting new research findings and updates on all the great botany going on in the state.
