Approval of Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre request to use North Campus site
MASTER PLANNING COMMITTEE (MPC) MEMORANDUM April 14, 2005 TO: Steve Jones Chancellor FROM: Richard A. Caulfield Chair, UAF Master Planning Committee x2850 RE: MPC recommendation 05-02: Approval of Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre request to use North Campus site At its regular meeting on April 14, 2005, the UAF Master Planning Committee unanimously approved the following recommendation (MPC 05-02) regarding a request by Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre to use a site on North Campus in summer 2005. A quorum was established; 13 MPC members were present. The recommendation reads: The UAF Master Planning Committee approves in concept the proposal from Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre to use the field north of the Range Road in the North Campus Area in summer 2005 subject to formal approval of the UA Land Management Office and the UAF Special Events Committee. The MPC makes this recommendation following the endorsement (with specific caveats) of the proposal by its North Campus Subcommittee on April 4, 2005 (attached).
