ARTICLE 4, SECTION 4, “MPC meeting agenda items”

“Master planning committee and subcommittee meetings are open to the public. Opportunities for public input are provided at all meetings. Following the approval of the notes from previous meetings and review of agenda items, members of the public and other interested parties are invited to comment on any items before the committee, whether on the agenda or not. Comments during this public input session are limited to three minutes per person, followed by opportunities for questions of the speaker by members of the committee. Public comments about specific agenda items under discussion during other portions of the meeting may be invited at the discretion of the chair. Special public comment sessions on MPC matters may also be scheduled at the discretion of the chair.”
