Approval of Recommendation 04-07: USDA/ARS office space project adjacent to Arctic Health Building

At its regular meeting on August 19, 2004 the UAF Master Planning Committee unanimously approved the following recommendation regarding a proposal from Facilities Services (FS) to purchase and install a 1500 square foot modular building adjacent to two existing units located east of the Arctic Health Building (see attached).

The MPC recommendation reads:

The MPC recommends approval of the USDA/ARS office space project as outlined in the Facilities Services memo of August 5, 2004 from Kathleen Schedler to Chancellor Jones. (Motion, Caulfield; second, Hayes)

MPC members voted 6-0 with no abstentions in support of this recommendation; six members were in attendance, a quorum being established.
