| This implementation plan for FY04 is intended to serve as a guide for Master Planning Committee deliberations over the coming year. The plan represents what the MPC considers reasonable goals given what is known at this time regarding the budget and university priorities for the coming year. It should be noted that many of the activities require funding, which may or may not become available as the academic year progresses. |
