Agenda:

1. New Business: Presentation/discussion by Luke Hopkins, Manager, North Campus and Rich Boone, Chair, North Campus Subcommittee.
2. Old Business: West Ridge Parking Model Discussion: A follow up from the core group meeting of March 2 (John Craven).

New Business:

1. Luke Hopkins and Rich Boone submitted a “Campus Connector Trails” proposal to the Parking and Circulation Committee for review. It was determined that prior to the full committee taking on this proposal that the North Campus Committee should:

Prioritize the list of proposed trails

Establish the gateways to North Campus

Once the proposal has been prioritized and gateways established it will be resubmitted to the Parking & Circulation Committee for further review and possible modification. It was mentioned that an Ad-Hoc Committee may be the most appropriate method for review of the proposal.

2. John Craven presented the “Analysis of Current West Ridge Parking and Projections to 2010, draft dated 15 March 2005, to the committee. Committee members discussed the draft; however, due to time constraints it was determined each committee member would independently review the document and submit comments via email to the committee chair by March 25, 2005.

3. There were no public comments.

4. Meeting adjourned at 3 PM. Next meeting is scheduled for March 30, 2005, 1-3 pm in the Duckering Building, room 535
