Download the UAF twitter background image and save it on your hard drive
Login to your Twitter account at www.twitter.com
Once logged in, look in the navigation bar at the top of the page and click Settings
Click the last settings tab, Design
Below the template options, click on Change your background image
Upload the image file (uaf_twitter_bg.png) you downloaded in step 1
Save your changes
