Training
Several types of training are offered for the beginning and intermediate level web designers.
Courses
The UAF Tanana Valley Campus and UAF journalism department offer courses for credit in web page design and multimedia production. See the UAF Catalogs & schedules page to find the right catalog for your location. To search the UAF Course Finder for upcoming classes, select the term and campus in which you would like to take the course. Enter the word "web" in the course title field.
Workshops, classes and seminars
Free training seminars (including HTML and Dreamweaver) are provided by the Office of Information Technology Support Center. See the class descriptions for detailed information on what is covered. Check the schedule often for upcoming classes and register early.

For help in creating a website or to "farm out" site development, the following developers are available on the Fairbanks campus. Designers' ability to take on new projects is subject to project complexity and current workload status.

Computing assistance
The Office of Information Technology provides support for both the UA system administrative offices and UAF. The OIT Support Center provides web server support, web training and design, computer repair, networking services, computer lab facilities, maintenance and troubleshooting, software and hardware installation and more.
