SUBJECT                List of Hockey Coach Applicants Narrowed

The search committee named to look for a new coach to head the UAF men's ice hockey program has narrowed the field of applicants to 10 semi-finalists.

In alphabetical order they are:

Guy Gadowsky, Head Coach, Fresno Falcons

Brian Hills, Assistant Coach, Bowling Green State University

Tavis MacMillan, Assistant Coach, University of Alaska Fairbanks

Mark Ostapina, Head Coach, New England College

Scott Paluch, Associate Coach, Boston College

George Roll, Head Coach, Oswego State University

Dave Shyiak, Assistant Coach, Northern Michigan University

Mark Tabrum, Assistant Coach, Colorado College

Mark Taylor, Assistant Coach, University of Massachusetts-Lowell

It is the committee's intention to be able to bring final applicants to Fairbanks for on-campus interviews the week of April 19.
