UAF NAMES 756 STUDENTS TO HONORS LISTS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 7, 1996

Fairbanks, Alaska - The University of Alaska Fairbanks has named 756 students to its Chancellor's and Dean's Lists to recognize outstanding academic achievements during the fall 1995 semester.

To be selected for the Chancellor's list, a full-time undergraduate student must have received all "A's" or 4.0 grade point average (G.P.A.).

Those receiving an "A-" average of between 3.5 and 3.99 G.P.A. were named to the Dean's List.

Attached is a list, organized by Alaska hometown, of UAF's fall honor students. Also attached are names of out-of-state honor students for the fall term at UAF.
