ILL - title of the item - for loan requests
ILL - title (copy) - for copy requests
The body of the message should contain the same information found on the ALA or Lasercat form:
Notify the requesting library, as soon as possible, when an item is not available. Indicate whether or not the request has been forwarded.
Notify other libraries, as is your practice, when there will be a break or change in this or any other ILL services.
