Who can take TMP courses?

TMP Course Descriptions, for required courses

Program Outline: Certificate
  • Certification Requirements: Complete nine credits in math, communications, and human relations (3 credits each).
    • Recommended math courses (3 credits): ABUS 155 Business Math, or other approved math course at or above the 100 level
    • Recommended communications courses (3): CIOS 160 Business English, or other approved communications course, at or above 100 level
    • Recommended human relations courses (3): ABUS 154 Human Relations, or other approved human relations course, at or above 100 level
  • Program Requirements: Complete nine credits in the following courses.
    • TM 101 Intro. to Tribal Government (3)
    • TM 105 Tribal Finance Applications (3)
    • TM 199 Tribal Management Practicum (3)
  • Electives: Complete twelve credits pertaining to application skills in the following areas: environment, natural resources, health, social/human services, education, public policy and administration, business, and economics. Some courses suggested:
