Financial Aid Information

This is an excellent collection of financial aid resources available on the Internet. This list is rather long, so make sure to scroll through it and see all the available programs and types of aid.

Tuition and Financial Information: A resident is any person who has been physically present in Alaska for one year (excepting only vacations or other absence for periods not exceeding an aggregate of 90 days with intent to return) and who declares intention to remain in Alaska indefinitely.
(See the UAF general catalog for a more intensive definition of Alaskan residency.)
Non-residents enrolled for up to 6 credits pay tuition at the resident rate.
