College of Rural and Community Development �(CRCD) - Distance Course Schedule � of audio (via phone); Elluminate Live and Blackboard (via the internet); and blended distance delivered classes using several methods of delivery offered to all Rural Alaskan Communities.

Who can register online? All students can register online.� Degree students must have their registraion signed off� by an advisor and then pinned by the registrar.� After pinning you may Register for couses through UAOnline

Placement Tests/Prerequisites

Asset� or� Accuplacer � tests are required before enrolling in Engl F111x and Math f107x.�
Please read the course descriptions carefully and make sure your pre requisites are completed before signing up for course.
In some cases faculty can grant special permissions to enter classes with out prerequisites or placement testing.

How Much?

Tuition is determined by the following:

the number of credit hours in which you are enrolled,
the level (e.g., 100-level, 200-level, etc.) of the course, and
your residency status.

Course level:

100 - 200 -- Resident (per credit): $165 ($3.00 network fee)

300 - 400 -- Resident (per credit): $200 ($4.00 network fee)

600 -- Resident (per credit): $383.00 ($8.00 network fee)

UA Network Fee

Cost: 2 percent of tuition.

Who pays: All students.

What's covered: The UA network charge covers rapidly rising costs, especially in the maintenance and enhancement of the university-wide technology infrastructure. The 2 percent network charge is applied on a per credit hour basis (rounded to the nearest dollar) to tuition, non-resident surcharges if applicable, and fees in lieu of tuition for credit and non-credit courses. The minimum network charge per course is $3.
