One of the very best ways to broaden and enrich your college education is to study abroad. Honors Program students are encouraged to work with UAF's Office of International Programs if they are interested in spending a semester abroad. Note that in many cases, much of the credits which you earn your semester abroad can be counted towards your Honors credit requirement to graduate in Honors.

In 2007, Kelsey Alexander spent a semester in India.

In 2008-9, Megan Hahn spent a semester in Germany.

In 2008-9, Ingrid Johnson spent a year in Norway.

In 2008-9, Megan Richards spent a semester in New Zealand. She plans to spend (at least) another semester in Japan.
