The Honors Program Application process will only be open during the UAF Course Registration period available on the academic calendar. This spring, our application will reopen April 1, 2013.

Fill out the Honors Service Hours Form to document and easily manage your hours.

Effective immediately, the House will be unlocked from 7 AM-10 PM, seven days a week. Keys will not generally be issued, but if you feel you have an extenuating circumstance, please email us at uaf.honors@alaska.edu and we will review your situation.

Honors students may use the House after hours, just make it in before the 10 PM lock time.

The UAF Police Dept. has been fantastic with their cooperation of performing walk throughs of the House to increase the safety and protection of our students after hours.

UAF has some great plans for the campus in the near future. Current construction includes expanding Wood Center eating facilities and the expansion will ultimately envelop what is now Copper Lane. Concern for what is to become of the "Honors House" has been expressed by some of you.

For the 2012-2013 academic year, the Honors Program will remain at 520 Copper Ln. in the Honors House. Discussions are being held regarding the future site of the Honors Program, but this year and most likely next, it will be business as usual. As the Honors Program administration is updated regarding the progress of new construction, we will pass the information along. Soon we will be asking you to participate in the Honors relocation process, so keep checking your email and this website for more information.
