Our rates for summer 2012 are available now! If you need a rate quote for dates beyond 2012, please contact us directly. We may be able to estimate a rate for you, and confirm the rate closer to your check-in date.

When our office has received your completed reservation form we will contact you via email to confirm your information and housing needs. If you need to cancel your room, make sure you adhere to our cancellation policy to avoid cancellation charges. 

Cancellation or changes to reservations requires 48-hours notice. Your card will be charged a one-time payment of $40.00, if you cancel with less than 48-hours notice, but will not be used to pay for your stay unless authorized.
