I think I missed a month, but here's this month's (10/06) Tip:

Thou shalt not buy flowers on thy sponsored program, unless the restricted fund is UA Foundation and discretionary.

Flowers are really a gift - and gifts are unallowable expenses, even if they are given in goodwill.

Please, if the situation is so important you decide flowers are appropriate, either pay for flowers out of your own pocket or take up a collection from those around you who feel equally strongly about giving.
