• NOTE: Some .pdf forms may be filled digitally and then printed. These files are designated below with " *".

  Exporting form data: You can export form data from a PDF file and create a new file containing only the form data. The newly created file will be in Forms Data Format (FDF).   However, you must be able to open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat.   Once you open the form, fill it out, and then choose File - Export - Form data, the information will be saved on your desktop.

  If you are using Acrobat Reader (without having at least Acrobat 7.0 installed), you are not able to export form information. We hope to offer additional options soon.

• Acrobat 7.0 is available to UA users through a concurrent use license and is found at the UAF Computing and Communications website.
