The Vision of the UAF Graduate School is to advance knowledge and learning while servicing the community and society.

The Graduate School promotes the quality and productivity of graduate education, working with faculty and staff to serve the needs of our graduate students.

UAF is a land, sea and space grant university and is Doctoral/Research-Intensive. The UAF Graduate School offers 49 Master's and 17 Ph.D. degree programs, serving ~1,500 degree-seeking graduate students from all 50 states and many countries around the world.
