Database Management

Advancement Services is responsible for the maintenance and update of UAF’s constituents in the University of Alaska’s advancement database, the Raiser’s Edge.
This includes updates for:
•    alumni
•    donors
•    employees
•    other constituents

We are also responsible for ensuring data integrity and providing accurate reports on alumni and donors. We can provide UAF departments and certain affiliates with mailing lists or other types of lists upon request.  Our data is not for sale.

Data requests

The Data Request form is used to obtain data from our institutional database for official UAF purposes.   For invitation lists, please include the Invitation List form to request specific groups of constituents.   Email your completed form(s) to Advancement Services at UAFaddress@uaf.edu or fax to (907) 474-1975.   Please allow 2 weeks for processing all requests.  If the information provided is to be used for fundraising purposes, you must send your fundraising materials to the Development Office for review and acceptance prior to submitting a data request.
