The Interior Alaska business community helps the many student organizations that make up the fabric of UAF. These students care about Fairbanks and will become academic, business and service leaders in Alaska. Every year these groups raise thousands of dollars for local charitable organizations, donate hundreds of hours of service to community members, mentor youth, organize educational and cultural activities and events and challenge themselves to get involved in meaningful local and global initiatives. These groups are truly the heartbeat of UAF!
The UAF Leadership Program's mission is to cultivate effective leaders for Alaska by creating and supporting a rich variety of student leadership development opportunities, partnering with academic departments and the community, and recognizing successful student leadership.
We are inviting you to join the club! Making an unrestricted gift to the Leadership Program supports student organization activities and fosters growth. You can impact the more than 100 student organizations with one annual gift, helping them recruit and retain members, increase event income and allowing them the opportunity to expand, create and grow as leaders.
