Petroleum Engineering (fund 20634) provides general department support for the UAF Petroleum Engineering Program.
The Patrick H. O'Neill Hecla Greens Creek Mining Company Scholarship (#20738) was recently named to honor Dr. O'Neill for his decades of service and innovation in the mining industry worldwide. This scholarship provides support to mining engineering students at the UAF College of Engineering and Mines.
CEM – Dean: Your support of this discretionary fund allows the dean to fund research support, scholarships, fellowships, equipment, and faculty recruitment and retention.
Bill Mendenhall Engineering Scholarship: This scholarship has been created to honor UAF Professor Emeritus Bill Mendenhall for his years of service to the university and the state. Once endowed, it will provide scholarship support to civil engineering students at UAF who have an interest in field surveying.
CEM Student Enhancement Fund: To provide funds for the development and coordination of a student mentoring and tutoring program at the UAF College of Engineering and Mines
CEM Trent Memorial Scholarship: To provide support for the enhancement and potential construction of the College of Engineering and Mines building at UAF.
ASCE Student Competition Support Fund (Steel Bridge and Concrete Canoe competitions) : To provide funds to support the steel bridge building competition and the ASCE student chapter at UAF. Find out more about the steel bridge competition .
UAF Annual Fund: Through annual giving at UAF, alumni, parents, employees and friends support the university’s areas of immediate and greatest need, including scholarships, fellowships, equipment, facilities maintenance and renovation, research and faculty recruitment and retention.
