In her current role, Allison provides individual prospect research and data analytics for UAF leadership and oversees stewardship and office support for UAF Development.  Prior to joining the Development team, she held several positions in Advancement Services, including Senior Advancement Officer, Data Research Manager, and Gift Coordinator.  She received a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University in 1993 and her master of Business Administration from University of Alaska Fairbanks in 1999.  She is an active member of the Association of Prospect Researchers for Advancement (APRA) and APRA–NW.   She was born and raised in Fairbanks and chose to make her home here with her husband John, also a UAF Alum, and their three children.
