This is the 2007 Field Camp Group, the last time you will see them holding still.
The Department of Geology & Geophysics here at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, has two such stimulating outdoor courses. One is our Field Camp, a required course for undergraduates to complete their B.S. in geology degree. The second is a volcanology course where your classroom would be either outdoors in Alaska or Russia.
