READ THIS Know your venue’s poster requirements If you need a 4’ x 8’ poster, plan your seams to avoid text or art. DO THIS: Look at the calendar at: http://www.google.com/calendar/hosted/alaska.edu/embed?src=alaska.edu_ Hours for printing are generally M-F 9am – 5pm (i.e., DONE by 5pm), so if 10 people want to print the evening before a meeting, it ain’t going to work. Drop off your poster to be printed on a CD. We discourage flash-drives, they’re too easily lost. Download high-resolution copies of the UAF logo (tif, gif, etc.) from here.
