Assistant Professor Frank Davis helps Andrea Camp apply the finishing touches to a German chocolate cake she baked as part of her training in the Tanana Valley Campus culinary arts program in the Hutchison Center. Each day during the semester, students prepare a wide variety of foods available to the public at lunchtime.
