Notify the PolarExpress office immediately if you lost your card. Call 474-7657 and choose the menu option to report a lost or stolen card. We will deactivate your card until you stop by our office to get your replacement. If you find your card then we can reinstate it by bringing it by our office in Eielson 203. All currently registered students and continuing employees should obtain a PolarExpress Card. Cards are issued throughout the year and may be obtained as early as one week prior to the start of an academic session for new students. New staff may obtain a card any time after they receive their first pay check. Temporary employees are not eligible to receive a card. Students, faculty and staff members who use or are planning to use their ID card for meals, door access, library book checkout, student health services, or the student rec. center, will need to have a PolarExpress card. Your first PolarExpress card is free. To replace any lost, stolen, or mutilated card, a fee of $15 will be charged for the first card, $20 for the second, and $25 for the third and any additional replacements. The Polar Express Office is opened Monday - Wednesday and Friday from 9AM to 4PM for card replacements. We have extended hours on Thursday from 9AM to 5:30PM in case you can't make it before 4 o'clock. Our office is located in the Eielson Building in room 203. That's just up the stairs from the Financial Aid Office. Never surrender your PolarExpress
card to anyone as a deposit or collateral for any reason. |
