The Housing Maintenance Shop supervisor reports directly to the Director of Maintenance. The shop consists
of electricians, carpenters, painters, plumbers, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation,
Air Conditioning) techs, appliance mechanics, and building maintenance mechanics.
The Housing Shop is responsible for providing electrical, heating/cooling, & plumbing services, as well as household
appliance installation and repairs, to 67 single dwellings and dormitory buildings with a square footage of
approximately 620,040.
