Power to head bolt outlets in parking lots are cycled during the winter. 

Power Off	When the temperature is above +20° power is off in cycled lots.
Power On / Power Off	When the temperature is between +20° and -25° outlets are cycled on the schedule below.
	When the temperature is colder than -25F° power is on continuously in all lots.

Parking lots are assigned to one of two groups:

Group 1 includes the following parking lots:
Ballaine - Lot 8A, Bunnell - South Lot 3G, Lola Tilly Commons - Lot 4A, Fine Arts/Music - Lot 3H, Nenana - Lots 4D, 4E & 4F, Patty Center/SRC - Lot 4B, Taku - Lot 8B, Taku - East Lot 8C

Group 2 includes the following parking lots:
Arctic Health - East Lot 9A, Arctic Health - West Lot 9B, Bunnell - East Lot 3F, Butrovich - Lot 9C, Chapman - Lot 4H, Eielson - West Lot 3B, Eielson - South Lot 3C (meters), Elvey/IARC - Lot 9C, Haida - Lot 4J, O'Neill - North Lot 9M, Irving - Lot 9F, Moore-Bartlett-Skarland Complex - Upper & Lower Lots 6V & 6T, SAC - Lots 6A-6D (Cutler)

Exceptions:
Admin Services Lot 1A & Harper Lot 1E: Power to these lots is controlled by a local timer and thermostat which FS Maintenance Division maintains.

Inupiat Lot 6K & U-Park NW Lot 1G:  Power to these lots is controlled by a local thermostat. Lot should be energized at 20 F.

Natural Sciences - Lot 9N:
Power is controlled by computer energy management system (DDC); also maintained by FS Maintenance Division.

Harwood Hall - Lot 6L: Power to this lot is controlled by a timer located inside the building which Facilities Services maintains. It cycles every hour, 24/7. The Power Plant does not control this lot.

If a parking lot is not listed here, the power to that lot is continuously on.
