The mission of the Division of Budget and Accounting is to provide relevant and timely financial information to
Facilities Services employees, the associate vice chancellor, the vice chancellor, and the University community.

Division Summary

The Division of Budget and Accounting currently oversees an operating budget in excess of $40 million. This
division is charged with developing and tracking the annual budgets of sixteen craft and trade shops as well
as support departments. The financial responsibilities include purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, account
reconciliation, management reporting and capital projects tracking.
