UAF Dining Services realizes that all customers have different catering needs. For student organizations that desire quality food but are on a tight budget, UAF Dining Services offers special pricing just for UAF student organizations. You will find here some often ordered items which we have assigned special pricing for student organizations ONLY. Other Catered items may also be purchased from our catering department with special pricing for student organizations ONLY.

To arrange for your food, please contact the Catering office at 474-6820.

When you order items for your student organization, mention that you would like student organization pricing.. The catering department will need the following information:

• Name of the organization
• Organization sponsor, advisor
• How payment will be handled
• Location of event
• Date of event
• Time of event
• Pick up delivery time
• Number of participants
• Your menu choices

Please contact the catering department at least two weeks prior to your event.

All food and beverages at the event must come for the UAF Catering department so as to avoid any health code concerns.

Clean up is the responsibility of the student organization. Please note that all items will be placed on disposable serving pieces to save you time in the "after event" process (i.e. clean up)

Cancellations of any food must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Pick up or delivery option: You have the option of picking up your food from the catering department or the catering department can deliver it for a $25.00 delivery fee
