UFD PREFIRE Information Submission Form

To save time and to provide a higher level of service, we are providing an on line prefire form that can be filled out to reflect any changes to a business's prefire plan. It ensures we have emergency contact information for after hour incidents. If you have any questions, contact the UAF Fire Marshal's office at 474-6303.
