Welcome to the UAF Office of the Bursar!

Students are now able to take care of tuition and fee payment, purchase a parking decal and get a PolarExpress card at one convenient location! A recent reorganization merges PolarExpress and Parking Services with the Office of the Bursar.  For added convenience, these services will be offered in the Signers’ Hall location with an auxiliary location in 116 Eielson. 
   
As of this July, the Business Office was renamed the Office of the Bursar, better reflecting the services provided.

Payment Due Deadlines

For Fall 2013, the last day to register and pay tuition and fees without incurring late fees is Friday, September 13, 2013.

***VERY IMPORTANT***

If you are relying on financial aid (loans, grants, scholarships and agency funds) to pay your charges, you MUST ensure we receive payment before or on September 13th, 2013.  This is required for all tuition and fee (housing and dining included) charges at all UAF campuses.

If your aid will not arrive until after September 13th, you MUST contact our office to discuss your options if you do not want to be dropped for non-payment. All information about UAF's Drop for Non-Payment policy can be found HERE.

It is the students responsibilty to make sure all dates and deadlines are met.
