your Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) |

Once
you've completed the FAFSA, a student aid report will be generated
by the U.S. Department of Education. If you have listed our school
code (001063), we will receive and electronic copy. A valid student
aid report must be on file with UAF in order to process your loan
applications. |

| Step 2 |
Go to UAOnline (http://uaonline.alaska.edu) and accept full or partial
amount of state and/or federal loans offered to you (refer to the award
notice e-mailed to you by the Financial Aid Office).
THIS STEP MUST BE
COMPLETED OR LOAN REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. |

Complete online
entrance counseling if applying for federal Stafford Loans. |
|
| Step 4 |
Complete and submit the Title
IV Authorization Form to the Financial Aid Office. |
