NOTE: You may print these directions if you want a hard copy.
- Always show up on time with all systems tested and ready.
- Avoid having any conference participants sitting off camera if at all possible.
- Look at the camera when you speak. This will insure that you are looking at the distance participants.
- If an off camera person needs to speak, pan or zoom to that person to include him/her in the video.
- Avoid wearing very bright colors or stripes as these can cause jumpiness in the video image.
- Make sure that you are aware when your local mic is (or isn't) muted. If you mic is not muted, the distance participants can hear you even if they can't see you.
