Host Teacher Information and Assessment Forms (Pre-Internship)
The Office of Fieldwork Experiences Director makes arrangements with building administrators and teachers to determin fieldwork placements in a host teacher's room. Once you become a host teacher, you will receive additional information from UAF course instructors about your role. All host teachers are required to fill complete a Professional Characteristics Feedback Form (PCFF) for the candidate they are hosting in their classroom.
